Important information

Cancellation and Refund Policy: If you request a cancellation prior to October 1, 2023, a refund will be issued, less a processing fee of $100.00 CAD per person. Cancellation must be received in writing at the CAAM office. Please note all refunds will be processed after the conference has been completed. No refunds will be granted if post-marked after October 1, 2023 or for non-attendance at the either the live, in-person event or the virtual event.
